Registration Starts from Tuesday, 23rd October 2018 Onwards.

CAMP DURATION--(1st November 2018 TO 16th November 2018)

"REGISTRATION WILL BE ON FIRST COME FIRST BASIS"
***Limited Entry----ONLY FIRST 50 STUDENTS will be considered for the respective batch(i.e. Morning and evening).

Morning Batch:-"07:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m."
Evening Batch:-"04:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m."

Registration Timing:-
Morning: (07:45 a.m. to 08:45 a.m.)----(Tuesday to Friday).
Evening: (04:30 p.m. to 06:30 p.m.)----(Tuesday to Friday).

ELIGIBILITY:-
U-14 on or after 01.01.2006(10 and Above).
U-16 on or after 01.01.2004.
U-19 on or after 01.01.2001.
U-23 on or after 01.01.1997.
*****Note-The Players belonging Mumbai and its Suburban areas are eligible for the Free Camp.
Players coming for the 15 Days Free Diwali Vacation Camp are requested to carry a copy following documents as age and address proof.They are:-
Age Proof:-Passport/School Leaving Certificate/Birth Certificate(Any One).
Address Proof:-Ration Card/Light Bill Or Landline Telephone Bill/Aadhar Card/Driving Licence/Voter Id/Passport(Any Two).
And Two Passport Size Photographs.

L.I.C Cricket Ground, CROSS MAIDAN, PLOT No.04,
Behind Fashion Street,Churchgate, Mumbai-400020.

NO FEES ONLY REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE CAMP

Registration Fees: = Rs.500.00 ( Five Hundred Rupees Only).
***Note--All the interested players are requested to collect the "REGISTRATION FORM" from the academy.
